Lever lid cans have proven their worth as packaging for paints and varnishes and are offered in all conventional sizes, including stackable versions. It is possible to select the can’s finish, e.g. inside lacquer coating and high quality printing to meet your specific requirements.

Printing ink cans, under the name conivac HUBER Packaging Group manufactures the conical vacuum printing ink cans using chrome-plated steel (TFS). Two universal sizes (1 kg and 2.5 kg) replace a wide range of slip-lid cans.

Seamed-lid cans: (for 0.5 and 1 kg contents) are used for cheese in brine or powder products and many more, even technical products like welding electrodes. Large containers with a 10 litre capacity are used for culinary oil. These cans are sealed in the factory either with easy-open ends, or in the case of large containers, with seamed top ends, and the filling machine folds up the bottom or top end after filling the can.
Rectangular pails with castellated lids are very common in France as packagings for paintsand and other products like varnishes and wood preservatives. When using rectanguar pails the castellated lid is secured after filling with a special tool. The user opens the lid by bending the flaps. The pail is finished to meet specific requirements, e.g. inside lacquer coating for water based products and high quality printing. A special round closure allows to open and reclose the packaging for late colouring of the basic paint without opening the castellated lid.
