The solutions developed by the Group support manufacturers in improving quality control, product safety, traceability and brand protection across every stage of the production and distribution process. From inspection systems and smart data management to serialization and digital traceability, Antares Vision Group showcased technologies capable of increasing transparency, reducing risks and strengthening supply chain reliability in increasingly complex industrial environments.
At the Düsseldorf exhibition, the company highlighted how integrated digital ecosystems can help industries respond to growing regulatory requirements, combat counterfeiting and optimize operational efficiency, while ensuring full visibility of products from production to the end consumer.
Inspection, traceability, authentication. These are the technological pillars that Antares Vision Group, a leading multinational in traceability and quality control, which ensures product safety and supply chain transparency through integrated data management, presented at interpack 2026. The Group exhibited a portfolio of solutions designed to meet the current needs of companies in the Food and Beverage sector: safety, transparency and brand protection throughout the entire supply chain.
“At Interpack 2026,” says Matteo Bandini, Business Owner Food, “we are bringing increasingly integrated solutions, designed to simplify production processes whilst raising quality control standards. Our aim is to offer technologies that make every product safe, traceable and authentic. “Companies today need practical tools to tackle increasingly complex challenges in terms of safety, efficiency and compliance: we intend to support them in transforming standard processes into genuine competitive advantages.”
ALL-IN-ONE: advanced inspection without compromise
Two ALL IN ONE models presented at Interpack; these innovative solutions combine multiple control technologies within a single machine, reducing system complexity and simplifying in-line integration.
- ALL-IN-ONE with LDS, X-Ray and Checkweigher: the Leak Detection System (LDS) technology enables the detection of micro-holes or invisible leaks, whilst X-rays detect internal contaminants (such as glass or metal); finally, the checkweigher verifies that each package meets the required weight. The result is a comprehensive inspection that ensures only intact and safe products proceed through the production process;
- ALL-IN-ONE with serialisation, IE (label/code verification), SIS (seal check): the solution incorporates a camera positioned beneath the conveyor belts, with dedicated lighting for checking labels and codes on the underside of the packaging, and a second camera above the conveyor for inspecting the top side. The system reads and recognises alphanumeric codes, QR codes and DataMatrices, verifying the presence, legibility, position and orientation of the labels, as well as compliance with the production format. It can also be integrated with Track & Trace platforms for the serialisation of individual products, both during printing and in data management. Finally, a third camera based on hyperspectral technology detects any organic residues in the sealing area of the tray.
LDS, Leak Detection System: keeping micro-leaks under control
The Leak Detection System (LDS) technology detects micro-leaks in packaging, even in modified atmospheres, by identifying target molecules such as CO₂, alcohol or specific aromas. This is a nondestructive, in-line inspection process that helps to preserve the freshness and integrity of the product without slowing down production.
IE6000: perfect labels, every time

The IE6000 solution represents the state of the art in label inspection for all types of containers, from cylindrical ones to more complex shapes. Using a system of advanced cameras and artificial intelligence, it reconstructs a 3D model of the product to verify the presence, positioning and legibility of labels, including mandatory variable data such as batch numbers and expiry dates, thereby reducing error rates and rework.
Serialization: enabling End-to-End Traceability
Serialisation technologies create a Unique Digital Identity (UDI) for each product unit, enabling endto-end traceability from the manufacturer to the end consumer. This approach not only supports regulatory compliance for exports and makes any recalls more efficient and faster, but also strengthens brand protection and consumer confidence by enabling the verification of a product’s authenticity and journey throughout the supply chain, thereby preventing counterfeiting and grey markets.
Inspection, Traceability, Authentication: three words, one comprehensive vision

At Interpack 2026, Antares Vision reaffirms its key role in the digitalization of production processes and quality assurance. The technologies it has developed enable companies to monitor every stage, track every product and guarantee its authenticity, with solutions that combine high performance, ease of use and operational efficiency.
