It also features product ID verification, magnetic and chip encoding, laser marking, DoD printing, print verification, pre-print labeling, print-on-demand labeling, an open DLL interface, and chip personalization software.

The MAILMASTER Card Mailing System is a flexible and affordable solution for card mailing processes. It can seamlessly manage multiple small and different orders in a single production run, processing up to 3,000 envelopes per hour. MAILMASTER users can easily operate the machine with pre-printed carriers and/or on-the-fly dynamic carrier printing (mono or color). Its small footprint is suitable for various mailing environments, and it also supports Rainbow Deck applications, allowing for the changing of multiple parameters on the fly.
