Jack Pattengale is the director of operations at Clements, and he reached out to CPM Wolverine Proctor after his old 1970’s vintage “Proctor” was rendered useless by a fire that fortunately did not injure anyone, but made the equipment impossible to repair.
The old machine was a model M5000, but Clements decided to replace the roaster with the larger model in order to address anticipated production demands. “After the fire, Proctor developed a solution that not only addressed our production needs, but got us up and running as quickly as possible. We needed to work with them and our insurance company on technical and commercial issues, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. The equipment and service have been great”.
