With a motto “The efficiency of returnable logistics,” BrauBeviale’s organizers, in collaboration with Logipack, the organizer and moderator of this unique space, have been successful in encouraging a variety of forward-thinking businesses to adopt the lounge concept.
This year’s Logistics Lounge will prominently feature connections to digital solutions. “We are particularly pleased that we can present advancements in the digitalization of the supply chain,” explains Andrea Kalrait, Executive Director of BrauBeviale, “In today’s world, efficient logistics is nearly impossible without digitalization.”
The Digital Solution Area with system partners
For instance, Telekom is contributing to the Digital Solution Area, showcasing system partners like the telematics expert YellowFox and cutting-edge AI solutions. TOMRA is presenting a new type of reverse vending machine capable of accepting not only disposable and refillable bottles but also reusable tableware. Linde will demonstrate how the latest generation of forklifts can be seamlessly integrated into digital logistics processes.
At the Reusable Working Group stand, visitors will find an expanding range of reusable solutions, encompassing from wine and olive oil to catering packaging. WB Verpackungen and Petainer will also present sustainable packaging solutions.
The Logistics Lounge will highlight how digitalization can enhance multi-way logistics efficiency, featuring companies such as Precogit, Commsult, CremSolutions, DATability, GEDAT, PSsystec, sustainability management systems from leadity and Telekom, and KNAPP with their impressive empty sorting systems. Additionally, the critical topic of combined road and rail transport will be addressed by partners such as Bayernhafen, which will showcase a practical solution with Doktor Cargo, Nikrasa and Moovment.
Continuing the tradition from previous years, key industry organizations including the Bundesverband GFGH, Pro Mehrweg, Stiftung Initiative Mehrweg, and VLB Berlin will also be represented in the LOGISTICS LOUNGE, moderated by Logipack at BrauBeviale in Hall 4, Stand 407.
