Pilz has reorganized its training program, offering quick and easy access through the Pilz training website. This means that consumers and design engineers can easily access an interactive, practical training program from anywhere in the world.
Prepared in a didactically sensible way, the latest knowledge in the fields of Safety and Industrial Security is taught at different levels. As an “Ambassador for Safety”, the automation company Pilz has been bringing machinery safety knowledge to the world for decades.
Different training courses
Trainers provide international as well as country-specific specialist knowledge on normative and legal requirements in machinery safety. The content of 20 different training courses available globally, as well as other local training courses, includes the subjects of functional safety and Industrial Security. The latter will assume even greater significance in future: that’s because the EU directive NIS 2, the Cyber Resilience Act and the Machinery Regulation are making it mandatory for European companies, and those exporting to Europe, to make their plant and machinery secure in terms of Industrial Security.
Machine manufacturers and operators alike can benefit digitally from the know-how of Pilz experts, wherever they are – for example, in regions where Pilz does not offer face-to-face training in close proximity to customers. Companies wishing to train employees at different sites across the world to the same level of machinery safety also benefit. Over 10,000 graduates in 60 different countries have already completed the qualification “CMSE – Certified Machinery Safety Expert”, which is available online and face-to-face, and provides a wide range of knowledge on machinery safety.
