In the area of further processing, Provisur, along with its brands Weiler® and Formax®, will introduce visitors to the next generation of mixing & grinding and forming technology from Weiler and Formax. The high-performance Formax® Vertex 660 is ideal for forming burger patties, chicken nuggets, and other products.

Separation: flexibility and high performance

Provisur separation equipment is designed to increase yield by recovering maximum proteins from bones, poultry and red meat. The company has industry-leading technologies in its STS (soft tissue separation) portfolio and is the only supplier to offer customers all three separation processes: rotary, belt and press technology.
