“Creating a line for the continuous production of biscuits, that runs 24/7 and guarantees an output of 4,000 kg/h is the challenge accepted by Polin” commented Engineer Nicola Zenari, Head of Purchasing of Ing. Polin E C. S.p.A., who also added: “For this new facility, intended for Asian countries, we followed the advice of Automation System and we therefore decided to rely on LAPP, given their guaranteed performance in terms of quality, machine downtime reduction and maximum durability of connection and cabling systems”.
More specifically, Automation System – a company that has been designing and manufacturing integrated software and hardware solutions for industrial automation since 1999 – designed, together with LAPP, the cabling system and connections of the line made up of three sections:
60 m for the forming
104 m for the baking oven
150 m for the cooling system
