Plant lines for production of crackers of any capacity up to 3,000 kg/h
Polin Industrial Line designs, manufactures, installs and supplies know-how among several lines also that for production plant of crackers of any capacity up to 3,000 kg/h.
The lines comprises various type of mixers, dough feeding systems, different configurations of sheeting equipment, with or without laminator, rotary cutter at one or two rolls with its ancillary equipment (decorators, sugar or salt sprinklers), Baking oven (Cyclothermic, Direct Gas Fired or Hybrid at two or three combinations), Cooling conveyors, Stacker or “Penny stacker” and final Packaging conveyor for product collecting. The sheeting line equipment for crackers production
High performance and reliability for the sheeting line wich comprises four Roll Sheeter with grooved upper rolls 310 mm diameter and smooth lower rolls 270 mm diameter, the gauge roll feeding the dough laminator, first and intermediate gauge rolls with rolls of 310 mm diameter.
The final gauge roll with rolls of 400 mm diameter, the relaxing conveyor to reduce tensions of dough sheet, the rotary cutter at one or two rolls, the electronic synchronization of the embossing and cutting rolls of the two roll rotary cutter.
The scrap return system with side scrap transfer and return into the hopper of the Four Roll Sheeter, the automatic control and synchronization system of rolls and conveyors in cascade with the oven speed.
The direct gas fired oven with ribbon burners on top and bottom
The DGF oven is provided with heating by ribbon burners placed directly on top and bottom of the baking chamber and electronically controlled.
It is the best and more suitable for baking and achievement of final moisture and colour of product by Rotary cutter (hard biscuits, cracker, snack).
High temperature, extremely short bake times and flexible management of the temperature (adjustable in several points on the length of the oven) grant uniformity of baking to products of any shape and size).
The combination then with a Convection section oven (“hybrid” system), in the configuration 70% of first DGF section and 30% of second part Convection section, grant the achievement of best quality and the required moisture content of the product.
From the oven with the take off conveyor to the cooling conveyor
At the outlet of the oven a Take-off conveyor transfer the product from wire-mesh or band of the oven towards the Cooling conveyor.
For an effective cooling this is long one time and a half or two times the length of the oven, in ambient room; considered from the more sophisticated food technology as necessary for a proper and lasting preservation of the packaged product.
The conveyor belt can be of wire-mesh or high resistance plastic, with automatic tracking to avoid any side skiddingA forced cooling, possible to reduce the length of the conveyor, can be achieved, whether not in air conditioned room, either by hoods with centrifugal fan blowed air ducts or by fans fitted in the final part of the conveyor.
