The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), commonly known as the Baking Expo is set for September 7-11, 2019.
The Baking Expo announces its largest education program to date and the broadest offering in the industry, with more than 100 sessions.

Designed to deliver a fresh, forward-thinking perspective on business, operations, and creativity, IBIEducate offers every role and every segment opportunities to learn.
Targeted sessions are designed to allow attendees to gain valuable ideas and strategies to develop and improve product, optimize production, and increase sales and profits.
Additionally, IBIE announces a newly implemented day of learning—Saturday, September 7th. Tailored sessions will provide attendees curated, business focused tools they need to enhance and grow their businesses.
