Starting from the analysis of the customer’s needs, always at the center of the innovation process, and thanks to the continuous desire for research combined with many years of experience, the Company continues its collaboration with the main food processing and packaging companies in a context of environmental sustainability.
One of the latest installations completed for an Italian company, leader in Europe in fruit and vegetable canned packaging, is composed of an automatic packaging machine, robotic palletizing system and wrapping system.

Satisfying the customer’s primary need to process 60 boxes per minute, Gampack Group created a fast and accurate system to maximize production and ensure the packaging of 24.000 cartons per hour.
The need for managing the product flow at a high speed, while ensuring high quality standards, has led the company to study and realize a fully automatic system, complete with packaging quality control tools (for example weight control, correct package formation, coding control etc.) and right now able to receive a future second production line.

The installation is particularly important for Gampack Group as it provides for the packaging of sustainable carton packs, substitutes for traditional canned food. The carton packaging for vegetables is eco-friendly, less bulky, with reduced environmental impact, the product is perfectly in line with the company’s mission, always at the forefront of the study and development of plastic-free solutions.
