Choosing the right elevation solution based on factors such as throughput, the processes involved and the features of the products as they appear in the line. Refined design and standardized interfaces to the up- and downstream equipment make the solutions not only efficient but also accommodating to various products. FlexLink offers various elevating solutions including incline conveyors, spiral elevators/spiral conveyors and wedge conveyors.
Incline conveyors for gentle handling
The incline elevator conveyor is designed for single or multiple lane elevation. It provides gentle handling of sensitive product and is easy to adjust for different products sizes. The incline conveyor can be complemented with different kinds of sponge or rubber wheels to achieve steeper inclines. The design and assembly of an incline conveyor is easy and quickly done in the FlexLink´s Design Tool. This incline conveyor solution has low wear and easy maintenance.
Spiral elevators, spiral conveyors to save valuable floor space

The purpose of the Spiral Elevator is to transport products vertically to bridge a difference of height or to function as buffer zone. The spiral-shaped conveyor track is the key to its unique compact construction that saves valuable floor space. The Spiral Elevator is applied in filling and packing lines. The application range is wide, from the handling of individual parcels or totes to handling of packed items such as shrink-wrapped bottle packs or cartons.
The compact spiral elevator

The Compact Spiral Elevator gives you increased access to the production floor and the possibility to transport goods vertically bridging the differences of height.
The unique spiral-shape is the key to its compact construction, offering a 40% smaller footprint compared to the most common solutions on the market – saving valuable floor space. It has a wide application range; from the handling of individual parcels, to pucks and packed items such as cartons.
The spiral is modular and easy to engineer according to your needs. It is available with a friction top chain, flat friction top chain and cleated chain. The spiral features an ultra-resistant slide rail with low friction. It comes in six different in- and outfeed configurations in order to suit the production line layout. The solution can be installed in a few hours and ensures smooth running, low noise and a long service life.
The benefits of the compact spiral elevator:
Space saving design, freeing up valuable floor space with continuous product flow avoiding stop losses. It is easy to integrate standard FlexLink components for a gentle product handling. Some advantages:
- Low operating cost;
- Long Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF);
- Easy installation;
- Quick to add into an existing or new layout using FlexLink Design Tool;
- Online ordering possible;
