At Interpack 2026, SEALPAC presented the F-series thermoformer, developed to combine performance, flexibility and machine availability in one integrated concept. The result is a thermoforming solution designed to support reliable operation, increase uptime and improve production efficiency where consistency and economic performance are essential.
The F-series was not conceived as a further development of existing solutions, but as a complete technological redesign. Based on decades of experience and intensive development work, the German machine manufacturer and packaging expert has created a platform that is consistently designed for high process reliability, minimal downtime, and maximum flexibility.
Maximum availability and efficient operation through intelligent systems
At the heart of the F-series lies an intelligent overall concept that continuously monitors and analyses all relevant processes. These “self-thinking” machines detect deviations early and automatically adjust process parameters, ensuring consistently stable production conditions. A key component are the built-in packaging assistants. These intelligent control functions analyse the machine’s condition in real time, optimize processes immediately, and minimize manual intervention. This also enables predictive maintenance. Maintenance needs are identified early and can be planned accordingly, significantly reducing unplanned downtime. The high-performance F thermoformer also sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency. Optimized heating and cooling processes, further supported by innovative control systems, significantly reduce energy consumption and reduce operating costs without compromising output or packaging quality. The new thermoformer concept ensures reproducible and more efficient processes with increased overall availability.
Well-designed construction ensures process stability
The design of the F thermoformer supports the goal of maximum stability and safety. Servo-controlled movements in the film transport and lifting systems ensure highly precise processing and consistently high packaging quality. The unique film and tooling quick exchange systems on the F-series allow for film reels and forming or sealing tools to be replaced with minimal effort and downtime. This concept is complemented by a hygienic machine design with optimal accessibility. Cleaning and maintenance work can be carried out quickly and reliably, further contributing to increased machine availability.
Maximum flexibility for dynamic markets
Next to availability and process stability, flexibility is a key component of the F-series. Each machine supports a wide range of packaging solutions, from classic MAP applications to today’s sustainable material concepts. Innovative packaging features can also be integrated, such as the unique EasyPeelPoint system, which enables particularly user-friendly opening of the pack by the consumer. The combination of high precision and intelligent control ensures that the machine reliably handles even the most demanding materials and geometries.

Thanks to standardized interfaces, any F-series thermoformer can be seamlessly integrated into existing lines and digital production environments. Industry 4.0compatible control systems enable transparent process control and complete traceability.
