“Our CP series multihead weighers are now also available in hygienic design“, says Olaf Piepenbrock, Executive Partner of Hastamat’s parent company, the Piepenbrock Group.
“Our specially-adapted transfer systems allow flexible combination with thermoform or tray sealing machines. Thanks to the clear design logic, format change at the servo-controlled transfer system is performed quickly without the need for tools“, explains Piepenbrock.
The software is integrated in the weigher control.
It is specifically adapted to the requirements of the food industry.
Speed and gentle product handling in one
The RM-270 is a continuous motion, vertical form fill and seal machine for the high performance segment. The machine is designed in modular stainless steel construction and also offers the hygienic design. It can also be supplied with optional water and dust protection.
“With the compact overall height of the unit, we combine high speed with maximum product care“, says Piepenbrock.
The driving elements and the side of the product are clearly separated from each other in order to facilitate accessibility for maintenance and cleaning purposes.
“With an output of up to 220 bags per minute, the RM-270 effectively covers all formats and bag shapes. Different types of feeding systems and special applications can be flexibly integrated“, specifies Olaf Piepenbrock as further advantages of the form, fill and seal machine.
