Vegatronic 6000 DZ – Continuous vertical bagging machine by IMA Ilapak
A brand-new release of IMA Ilapak’s bestselling Vegatronic 6000 has been launched at Interpack 2023 featuring several options making it unique in its category such as a great range of pack styles, fully automatic change-over solutions, minimum change-over time, great accessibility to seal racks, standard components interchangeable with existing Vegatronic 6000 on the field, compact design, and high speed.
The continuous motion VFFS machine Vegatronic 6000 DZ is able to run traditional pillow and block bottom bags, Quattro bags with central or corner seal, Doy Shark pouches with or without inline zipper, 3SS bags up to pyramid bags.
E-CO Flex Forming – Multiple footprint case erector for FEFCO 201 (RSC) or FEFCO 200 (HSC) boxes by IMA E-COMMERCE
On display, the E-CO Flex Forming, standalone case erecting and forming module designed to kick-off the packing process seamlessly.
The E-CO Flex Forming module features the market’s broadest case magazine, accommodating up to 12 box sizes. The machine is capable to erect multi-size FEFCO 201 and FEFCO 200 cases.
Its intelligent system selects the most suitable box size for each order volume efficiently. The formed case is securely sealed with Water-Activated Tape (WAT) or pressure-sensitive tape, and a barcode can be assigned either by label or direct printing on the corrugated surface. Visitors will have the chance to see a live demo of the machine and to discover the whole portfolio of technologies.
