Pies and tarts production: Alimec manufactures semi-automatic or fully automated plants for the production of several ranges of tarts.
Either moulded pans or alu-foil liners can be used for production.
According to the product type, it can have smooth or fluted edge, be filled with cream or jam, be decorated with a lattice top, and made in different sizes.
Pies and tarts line for medium high production capacity with high precision in dosage
A fully automated or semi-automatic production plant for pies and tarts that is versatile and designed for medium-high production capacity and high precision in dosage and decoration.
The pies and tarts line is composed of:
- automatic short pastry extruder;
- press unit equipped with heated moulds and counter-moulds for better control during the pressing phase;
- sensor for mould recognition according to the selected recipe;
- trolley for extraction and rapid change of pressing heads;
- dosing unit driven by servomotors for a high-precision weight dosage and a homogenous distribution of filling on the short pastry base;
- rotary machine suitable to deposit a lattice top on the tart surface with high precision;
- possibility to use the filling dosing unit for cake production, integrating the line with a paper cup denester or an oil greasing unit, depending on the desired product type.
Advantages on time optimization with the robotic systems
A system able to pick-up cupcakes and muffins from the pan and transfer them to the packaging line.
The robot provides advantages in terms of time optimization, thanks to the pick-up of the product in motion, the possibility of handling products of different sizes, and a rapid product type change.
The device is equipped with:
- 4- or 6-axis robot, depending on the intended use;
- “Tracking” software to follow products in movement;
- Needle pick-up tool with automatic quick release system;
- Codified sensor for tool recognition according to the selected recipe;
- Pick-up tools equipped with special trolleys for safe storage;
- Wide range of parameter adjustments through touchscreen display (HMI);
- Series of interchangeable pick-up plates.
Depanner and overturn device to handle a medium high production capacity
An automatic plant for the production of oiled and paper cup products with different depanning modes, able to handle a medium-high production capacity.
- Needle or Suction Depanner, according to the product type;
- Electronically driven with functions adjustable through display (HMI), with data and recipe storage;
- Rapid release tool system for a quick product-type change;
- Codified sensor for tool recognition according to the selected recipe;
- Depanning plates equipped with trolley for safe handling and storage;
- Overturn device with conveyor rotation system driven by servomotors, for complete and careful control during product pick-up and deposit.
