For the Cibus Tec fair, UNIMAC-GHERRI proposes the PF6-LT filling machine among its novelties. This innovative and compact machine is suitable for those looking for efficiency and simplicity in filling and change format. The technology developed stands out in that it allows two different types of fillingwithin the same machine:
“top filling”, i.e. outside the mouth;
“bottom filling” from inside the container.
To ensure that the same dosing machine has these two possibilities, the structure has been made ‘translating’: one part remains fixed, the other slides.
As a result, it is possible to fill products such as sauces, jams, sauces, etc. as well as foods such as mayonnaise or fruit juices that produce air bubbles with a simple and quick change format.
