The ES 6000 labelling system extends the clipping process with direct product identification. During the clipping operation, the system applies tamper-proof labels to the product containing all relevant information such as product name, manufacturer, batch number, and best-before date. The system operates with water-based, food-safe ink and can be controlled via PC, mobile devices, or a membrane keypad. Labels can be individually designed, flexibly modified, and equipped with barcodes or QR codes to support digital traceability.
