In the area of further processing, Provisur, along with its brands Weiler® and Formax®, will introduce visitors to the next generation of mixing & grinding and forming technology from Weiler and Formax. The high-performance Formax® Vertex 660 is ideal for forming burger patties, chicken nuggets, and other products.
Separation, flexibility and high performance
Provisur separation equipment is designed to increase yield by recovering maximum proteins from bones, poultry and red meat.
