VTC 800-R continuous vertical wrapper
Ulma Packaging has developed the VTC 800-R continuous vertical wrapper, which is capable of increasing productivity to up to 60 packages/min.
In previous models, the production rate was limited to around 35 packages/min. with the resealable zipper application.
In this case, the company has managed to increase the production limit to up to 60 packages/min. without losing efficiency and providing easy machine operation.
The VTC 800-R continuous vertical wrappers with a rotated jaw facilitate operation with the zipper as it is applied lengthways, thus making it possible to increase production.
The VTC 800-R model also stands out from the rest of the VTC 800 range due to its design concept, focused on ensuring the highest hygiene levels in all processes. With a special wash down design, they offer protection level IP66 with surfaces that facilitate water evacuation. This concept provides unbeatable results in the food sector, as in the case of grated cheese packaging.
