In the cosmetics sector, production complexity requires flexibility, consistent quality, and strong integration capabilities. IMA responds with an ecosystem of technologies covering the entire process: from mixing to filling, from labelling to overwrapping, with the possibility of integration into complete lines. The goal is to design tailor-made systems, where each module communicates seamlessly with the others to ensure efficiency, control, and product enhancement.
The star of the exhibition will be PRIMEWRAP, the new overwrapping solution developed by IMA BFB for the cosmetics and perfumery sectors. Designed to combine efficiency and aesthetics, PRIMEWRAP easily handles single products or multipacks while ensuring uniform and consistent wrapping. Precise film control reduces waste and delivers a tight, flawless package that enhances product quality. Compatible with heat-sealable films, paper, and eco-friendly materials, the machine is engineered for responsible material usage and a more sustainable production process. Format changeovers are quick and intuitive thanks to simplified adjustments and a clear touchscreen interface, ideal for managing seasonal collections or small batches with maximum continuity. Ergonomics have been refined in every detail: the top-mounted reel allows easy access and replacement, while the compact design ensures cleanliness and easy maintenance.
Alongside PRIMEWRAP, the new configuration of the G-BLOK series, a family of monobloc machines for intermittent filling and capping of liquid, creamy, or powder products, will be presented. At Cosmopack 2026, a new model will be showcased, capable of operating either in fully automatic pick & place mode or in semi-automatic configuration. The G-BLOK series stands out for its high flexibility: it can handle different formats within the same production day, offers rapid changeovers, and can be equipped with various dosing systems. Configurations cover different speed ranges, with single-step or double-step alternating versions depending on production requirements.

For the first time at the fair, the new GE Labeller will also be on display, a bottle labelling solution developed by OMAS Tecnosistemi and now integrated with the IMA print-and-apply system. The machine on show features wrap-around application and is designed for maximum versatility: it can be integrated with any filling machine and handles bottles of different sizes, supporting wrap-around, front-back, top or bottom labelling, and a wide range of tamper-evident seals.
On the processing side, the TURBOMIX series showcases IMA’s expertise in vacuum turbo mixing and emulsification for liquid and creamy products. The use of high shear energy combined with vacuum conditions ensures fine, stable, and repeatable emulsions – essential for guaranteeing long-term quality and consistency.
Completing the exhibition is the C1290, a tube filling solution that combines proven expertise with the latest-generation single-nozzle technology. Designed with multiple automation levels and a wide range of optional devices, the C1290 ensures easy format changes, fast disassembly of contact parts, and maximum operational efficiency.
At Cosmopack 2026 (Hall 19 PK – Booth A14-B13 / A10-B9), IMA Personal Care confirms an industrial vision based on integration, specialization, and customized design: technologies developed to build complete, scalable lines that align with the evolving production needs of the cosmetics sector.
