Its compact footprint and design offer high reliability and maximum flexibility. A tool-less format change system and assisted changeover functionalities ensure full support and speed during daily operations. The simple and fast procedure can be performed by operators of any skill level.
- KX803 – Designed for pharmaceutical and beauty product manufacturing, the KX803 tube filling machine, operating at 80 products per minute, features tool-free disassembly for simplified cleaning and rapid changeovers, requiring 5 minutes for new bulk material and just 10 minutes for a format change. Its compact design and stainless-steel construction make it well-suited for controlled environments, ensuring stability and consistent operation throughout production.
- CRLA10 – The CRLA10 lipstick molding machine is designed for precision and surface quality, producing up to 10 lipsticks per minute with the capability to create various finishes, including engraving and high-shine effects. Utilizing silicone mold technology to enable friction-free unmolding, it supports multiple product formats such as mini and jumbo lipsticks, lip balms, and foundation sticks. The system includes an integrated melting kettle and cooling system, optimizing efficiency within a compact footprint.
