Innovative products and solutions are the most important objective of trade visitors who want to obtain information at exhibitions and congresses. Ever since it was founded, INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA has been the most important German marketplace where winegrowers, fruit juice manufacturers and distillers can do this.
Exhibition for manufacturers of cultivation technology, enology, filling technology and marketing
This takes place at the exhibition through very practical communication of information about the manufacturers of cultivation technology, enology, filling technology and marketing concepts. But also through the transfer of highly scientific know-how during the accompanying International DWV Congress. Practical experts, scientists and politicians, including a large number from abroad, meet at this event. This also applies to the next INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA which will be held in Stuttgart from 10 to 12 April 2022.
Innovations will first be presented in Stuttgart

A large number of manufacturers use the exhibition, which takes place every three years, to present their product developments and solutions to experienced trade visitors. In addition to their own exhibition stand, exhibitors use different programme items such as machine demonstrations, special shows or technical forums.
A product is therefore presented at different levels and answers every question in theory and practice. A key role is played here by the Innovation Award, which is presented by the German Winegrowers’ Association (DWV).
This Award honours highly innovative technical processes, systems, products and services in four categories: Cultivation and harvesting technology; Processing and process control; Filling and packaging technology; Organisation and marketing. The formal call for entries will be published this year after the summer break.
Digitalisation trend promoting innovative concepts

The event is also being planned in an innovative way. After the DWV announced in April that the International DWV Congress would be held as a hybrid event, the Project Managers at Messe Stuttgart have now also opted for this innovative concept. A large number of programme items are being digitalised for this purpose and will be transmitted live by streaming on an Internet platform. This will include, for example, the presentation of the Innovation Award in an official ceremony or the popular machine demonstrations. Thanks to on-site studio technology, the machine demonstrations will increase the value-added for visitors at the exhibition and also facilitate participation via the Internet.
Safe Expo

In summer 2020 Messe Stuttgart developed an extensive hygiene concept to ensure safe attendance at the exhibition. This concept is accompanied by a scalable test strategy which makes it possible to easily react to individual requirements at the event venue. These two measures along with the hybrid event format keep all options open for barrier-free participation both on-site and nationally or internationally.
