Coesia is going to show how automation is transforming pharmaceutical manufacturing at Hall 2, Booth B28-C27, emphasizing precision, compliance, digitization, and process integrity.
Coesia companies Enflex, FlexLink, G.D, GF, Hapa and Norden will present advanced, pharma-ready technologies designed to enhance productivity, reduce risk, and support the industry’s shift toward flexible, data-driven production. Visitors will experience innovations in device assembly, pouching, robotic handling, and late-stage customization. All solutions contribute to safer, smarter, and more efficient pharma operations.
“We are entering a new era of industrial manufacturing, where automation plays a central role in helping pharmaceutical producers meet the highest standards for precision, reliability and compliance,” says Alessandro Parimbelli, CEO of Coesia. “At Pharmintech, we are presenting solutions that reduce manual operations and improve safety and quality. Coesia is proud to support pharmaceutical manufacturers with flexible, future-ready technologies designed for long-term performance in regulated environments.”
Pharma innovation, flexibility, and compliance
Following the theme “Automation Evolution – The New Era of Industrial Production,” Coesia will showcase solution-driven innovations developed to meet the rigorous demands of pharmaceutical environments.

Enflex, a Coesia company, will launch the PH-28, a new horizontal form-fill-seal pouch machine developed for pharmaceutical products such as powders, liquids, tablets, and pellets. The PH-28 is equipped with a GMP-compliant auger filler and is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Designed for easy operation and fast maintenance, the machine features an isolated filling area with built-in systems to prevent contamination, including vacuum extraction and hygienic pouch-opening mechanisms. This equipment includes extra space for coding and inspection equipment, such as batch and date coders, pharma code readers, and OCR/vision cameras, ensuring full traceability and packaging accuracy. Innovative sealing bars maintain consistent pouch quality by preventing overheating, while enhanced lighting improves visibility for operators, supporting a safer and more ergonomic working environment.
FlexLink, a Coesia company, will present a Pen Robotic Handling solution designed for medical device manufacturing. The system includes compact spiral conveyors and a collaborative RC12 robot, enabling smooth product flow and gentle, accurate pick-and-place operations. With customized accessories and modular components, it ensures safe and efficient handling for complex pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

G.D and GF, Coesia companies, will present the PAM (Pharma Assembling Machine), a modular and automated platform for the assembly of pharmaceutical injection pens. Developed by G.D, the PAM combines robotic handling with electromechanical systems to deliver high-speed performance without compromising precision or product quality. Designed for flexibility, it can handle components from trays, reels, or bulk, and is easily scalable—from basic to fully integrated configurations—based on production needs. With its compact footprint and adaptable layout, the PAM helps pharma manufacturers increase output, reduce manual intervention, and maintain consistent quality across a wide range of medical devices.

Hapa, a Coesia company, will present the blisterjet agile, a digital printing solution for late-stage customization of sealed pharmaceutical blisters. It offers spot or full-color artwork and variable data printing and integrates a vision inspection system to ensure precision and print quality. At Pharmintech, Hapa will demonstrate its capability to print on both aluminum and mono-materials, helping manufacturers meet sustainability goals without compromising on quality or performance. This flexible solution enables cost-effective batch differentiation and supports the digital transformation of pharmaceutical packaging.
Norden, a Coesia company, will present its expertise in high-performance tube-filling solutions for pharmaceutical applications, including OTC and sterile products. With over 90 years of experience, Norden delivers precision filling of creams, gels, and ointments, along with flexible automation options to meet diverse production needs. The company prioritizes regulatory requirements, including EU GMP Annex 1, ensuring compliance with the highest standards for hygiene, safety, and sterile manufacturing, making Norden a reliable partner for efficient, compliant pharmaceutical production.
